Cream and Sage Cylinder Vase: Large
Muted sage over cream, with a dark indigo line where the two glazes meet. Quiet enough to live anywhere; the color does the work.
Designed by Yuta Segawa and slip-cast in porcelain, then glazed by hand, in SGW Lab's London studio. Sized for one stem, a few, or a small bunch.
Large: approximately 7" tall and 2.2" in diameter. Each piece is cast and glazed by hand, so color and size vary slightly.
SGW Lab was founded in London in 2018 by Japanese ceramicist Yuta Segawa, whose practice began with miniature pots thrown by hand in more than five hundred original glazes. The studio exists to make the case for handmade objects in a mass-produced world.
