Returns Policy


We offer a 14-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders and 14-days from date of purchase for in-store sales. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit and must be returned intact in their original, unused condition and be in the original packaging. Personal care products, pantry items and any items showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Additional non-returnable items include: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Magazines
  • Books 
  • Vintage Items
  • Sale items 
  • Holiday Ornaments and Seasonal Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

To process a return or exchange, please email with your order number and reason for the exchange or return. We will provide you with an RA number which is required to return or exchange merchandise. Make sure to pack the return as securely as possible using the original packaging if possible. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs to return and exchange the item are not covered by The Grey Pearl. Once the items have been received in original condition, we will email you a credit voucher, valid for one year which can be used online or in-store.
