The Kensington Collection was born from a summer Stephanie spent in London — long, leisurely walks through the city's historic parks were her favorite way to pass the day. She loved the roses in full bloom, the swans gliding across the ponds, and the riders making their way along the bridle paths.
Each piece is made entirely by hand, and food and dishwasher safe. Variations are expected and welcomed — part of the handmade charm.

Stephanie Dawn Matthias is a Los Angeles–based ceramicist creating small-batch, hand-built pieces inspired by European folk art and decorative traditions. Each one is hand-built and illustrated by hand, drawing on influences from Pennsylvania Dutch Fraktur to antique British transferware and vintage floral textiles. The result feels rooted in the past while sitting naturally in a modern home — heirloom objects made for everyday use.
