A small workhorse — part mixing bowl, part pitcher, with a built-in garlic scraper, a comfortable handle, and a pour spout. Perfect for whisking together vinaigrettes and marinades, or pressed into service as a personal bowl of guacamole.
To make a quick dressing: peel a garlic clove, rub it firmly against the textured interior until it forms a paste, then whisk in your ingredients. Our favorite combination is garlic, dijon, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper — ginger and grated onion work beautifully here too.
Hand-thrown in Brooklyn from domestically sourced speckled brown stoneware, lead-free, and safe for both the dishwasher and microwave.
