Jordan Rondel aka The Caker has completely reinvented the traditional baking mix. This cake kit makes a very sticky carrot cake that is gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Zante currants add a sweet yet tart burst to each bite. Of course, cream cheese icing is an absolute classic with carrot cake and to top everything off, it doesn’t get better than salted caramel! Inside the kit you will find: Spiced Cake Mix, Cream Cheese Icing Mix, Salted Caramel, Non Stick Pan Liner, Instruction Card. To make the cake you will need: Eggs, Oil, Carrots, Cream Cheese.
